Pre Orders for the North East History Compendium Vol. Two now open

As a follow up to our incredibly successful first volume, the North East History Compendium vol. Two is now available for pre-order. It features exclusive pieces by some of the North East's best writers on a range of topics. These include working class sport, crime, LGBT history and early waggonways.

The zine features works by known and emerging North East writers including Louise Powell, Michael Southwick, Georgia Brusby, Maud Webster, Tom Kelly, Luke Myer, J E Carter and Jack Turner.

A zine is a type of publication which allows ultimate freedom, allowing our writers to express how they wish without limits to house styles or guidelines. This means what you read is exactly how the writer intended. The publication is published independently on high quality uncoated paper with a matte laminated cover.

This will likely be the only print run, meaning only pre-orders are likely to receive a copy. You can also join our Patreon at any tier to guarantee your edition, and will also receive added bonuses. You can join at patreon.com/NEHL

PRE ORDERS: Pre orders will be open until the 23rd September. After this date, the Big Cartel page will show as 'SOLD OUT'. The publication will be sent to print and everyone will be guaranteed a copy if they have already paid. Please keep an eye on NEHL’s Twitter/X page for further updates on when they will be dispatched, or contact me for further info.
