Pittington CC

HER Description

NEHL - A cricket ground stood close to the grounds of Hallgarth Farm. Pittington Cricket Club played at this ground either in the 1850s or 1890s, as the club were operating at both these times. There is sadly little other info found, though contemporary newspaper evidence proves the clubs existence around these dates.

Thanks to East Rainton CC for the info.
