HER Description

NEHL - Maps from the 1940s and contemporary aerial photographs show a football ground at this location. The aerial photos show goal posts and corner flags with no other facilities. It was likely an amateur football side who played at this ground, or training facilities for Gateshead FC who usually played at Redheugh Park up the road.
