Description (or HER record listing)

An adit or entrance to a small drift mine. The mine is marked on modern Ordnance Survey maps but not on the first edition map of 1866. Local knowledge recalls that the mine has been used within living memory.

*Level illustrated on 1898 Ordnance Survey Map as 'old', but may have been mined casually be locals.
