HER Description

NEHL - A relatively small golf course could be found in the rounds of Blackwell Hall in the 50s and 60s. It was presumably only a few holes thanks to its modest size. There was also a club house just south of the hall. The course likely closed to move to its current location south of Snipe Lane. There is now a housing development here.
